WINTER BASEBALL PROGRAM

WINTER TRAINING SCHOOL (Baseball Ages 7-18)
3 classes-each class is one hour and half long

Our Winter Training Camp is run like Major League spring training. The Winter Training Camp gives our students the advantage of learning new skills and gaining confidence before the beginning of the season.

Cost includes:

. Hitting techniques and mechanics in cages and live simulated batting practice with live pitching, machines, tees, solo hitters and soft toss. * Fielding ground and fly balls, throwing and receiving. * Live simulated baseball situations.

. Pitching and catching area. * Running for speed. * Baseball talks-understanding the game. * Videotaping and Proplayers analysis included in the cost.

POWER HITTING SCHOOL (Baseball Ages 7-18)
3 classes - each class is one and a half hours
If you want to focus solely on hitting this course is perfect for you. Proper techniques, situation hitting, bunting, hitting the curve, increasing bat speed /power and hitting the count.

PITCHERS CAMP (Baseball for ages 7-12)
3 classes - each class is one and a half hours
Better your arm strength and mechanics before the season. Topics include the five steps of pitching, pitching from the stretch, pitch selection, pick off moves, long toss and running.
