Policies and Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why do most of your students return each month? Will they learn the same thing?
A: Over seventy percent of our students attend more than one month. Students in the Winter Training and Hitting Camps continue to learn new skills each month while building on skills taught previously. We separate the veterans from the ³rookies² starting their first month.

Q: Can parents stay during their child¹s class?
A: We encourage you to stay and watch your child. We also have a lounge area for parents who want to catch up on work, watch sports on a projection TV or read the paper.

Q: My child is a great baseball player. Why should he go to school for baseball?
A:Even if your child is great now, later competition will expose bad habits that will be harder to correct. Learn the right way from the pros, the first time.

Q: My child loves baseball but is not very good at it. Can he/she attend?
A: Yes, our instructors take an individual approach to each and every player. Students learn at their own pace. They will have improved their confidence before the beginning of the season.

Q: Does your school sell out?
A: Yes. Ask anyone who has come before. Sign up early.

Q: Do I have to pay the full amount if I am going for more than one month or more than one clinic?
A: No, you only place a $50 deposit on each class you sign up for. We then bill in installments.

Q: Do I get back my deposit if I cancel out of a session?
A: Yes, you will get your deposit back if you cancel seven days before the session starts. Please understand our classes sell out. By canceling last minute you have taken a spot from another student.

Q: What happens if my child gets sick during their scheduled class time.
A: We will do our best to make up the class to your child. We will select a class that will not effect our balance of student to teacher ratio during the winter schedule.
